Booking requests

Name, phone number, date, time, number of guests and any notes are used in the browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. The website does not store this information in its own database. It is transmitted only when the user opens WhatsApp and chooses to send the message.

• Operation, security and maintenance of the website: technical necessity and the controller's legitimate interest.
• Management of booking and contact requests: steps taken at the user's request before entering into a contract.
• Display of Google Maps: the user's explicit choice through the “Load Google Maps” button.

Technical data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure and maintenance providers only to the extent required to provide and protect the website.

WhatsApp

The form prepares a WhatsApp link but does not send anything automatically. After WhatsApp opens, processing is also governed by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Google Maps

The map is initially blocked. The browser connects to Google only after the load button is selected. Google may receive technical data and use cookies in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention
